6:00 – 6:10 PM Dinner Orders Taken

6:15 - 8:00 PM Dinner and Interactive Presentation (Facilitated by Chris Carr, Chair)

AGENDA:

The agenda will be an interactive exchange of ideas in preparation for 2018 and include:

A review the 2017 Business Plan Results
Preparation of the 2018 Business Plan
Identification of the open SLT positions (seeking volunteers)
Discuss the future of the section

As I mentioned in earlier emails, there are twenty (20) Leadership Team positions for the section. For 2018, our Leadership Team is dropping to eight (8) volunteers.

ASQ requires three (3) elected positions (Chair, Treasurer and Secretary) and three (3) assigned chairs (Nominating, Audit and Membership) in order to remain an active section.

The critical open positions are: 1) Chair; 2) Newsletter; 3) Internet Liaison; and 4) Programs.

Less critical for the short term open positions are: 1) Education; 2) Voice of the Customer; 3) New England Quality Council Representative; 4) Historian; and 5) PAR.

We need your input and support (and volunteers) to continue our section in 2018. Please attend this meeting and consider donating some of your time to help our section.

From I-293 & 101
Take exit 1, head south on Route 28 (South Willow Street) and bear left after Super Shoes Factory Outlet. Stay on Route 28 South and enter at the Best Western Executive Court Inn on your left.

From I-93
Take Exit 5 (North Londonderry) to Route 28 North for 3 miles. Enter at The Best Western Executive Court Inn on right.
